Terence Jackson
Terence Jackson, Director of Access Services for Pikes Peak Workforce Center (PPWFC), is responsible for all customer-service issues related to entry to the workforce system, programs, and training opportunities. He has over 15 years of leadership and customer service experience in the Health Care, Education, and Social Service fields. He is a 20-year veteran of the United States Army, retiring at the rank of First Sergeant. Terence is a graduate of the 2005 Leadership Pikes Peak Class, served as the Chair for the Southeast YMCA Finance Committee, is a member of the El Paso Department of Human Services TANF panel, and board member of the Prince Hall Foundation. He has severed the Masonic fraternity as a Grand High Priest, Grand Eminent Commander and currently serving as Grand Junior Warden for Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Colorado and Shrine Imperial Deputy of the Oasis of Colorado Springs and a 33rd Degree Mason. Terence holds Bachelor of Sciences Health Care Administration and Business Administration in Technical Management degrees from De Vry University. He has received numerous military awards and certifications, works as a community advocate, and a mentor for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Colorado.
